On the 13 October 2020, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of ICDP, a high-level meeting with respected personalities from the Support Group Member States took place virtually on the invitation of the Minister of Foreign European Union and Cooperation of Spain Arancha González Laya. The meeting was also an opportunity to celebrate and commend Kazakhstan for its recent accession to the Second Optional Protocol
