An ICDP delegation visited Geneva on 24 and 25 June 2024. The delegation was led by ICDP President Judge Navi Pillay, ICDP Vice President Ruth Dreifuss, ICDP Commissioners Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Marc Bossuyt, Marta Santos Pais and the ICDP Secretariat.

A delegation of the International Commission against the Death Penalty led by Commissioner Barbara Lochbihler and the ICDP Secretariat visited Taipei, Taiwan and Tokyo, Japan in October 2024.

ICDP concluded a mission to the Republic of Korea from 13 to 20 October 2025. The purpose of the visit was to engage in dialogue with key national and Seoul-based international stakeholders to listen, understand, discuss the situation of the death penalty in Korea.
