The International Commission against the Death Penalty (ICDP or Commission) held its XXI Annual Meeting of Commissioners and related meetings between 31 May and 2 June 2026 in Madrid. The Meeting of Commissioners and General Assembly were held in hybrid format at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation on 1 and 2 June respectively, preceded by an online Steering Committee meeting on 31 May.
