The International Commission against the Death Penalty held its XX Annual Meeting of Commissioners and related meetings between 5 and 7 May 2025 in Madrid.
The Meeting of Commissioners and General Assembly were held in hybrid format at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation.
