The International Commission against the Death Penalty (ICDP or Commission) held its XIX Annual Meeting of Commissioners between 19 and 21 May 2024 in Madrid. On this occasion, ICDP Commissioners and members of the Secretariat were received in audience by the King of Spain His Majesty Felipe VI.
