ICDP President Navi Pillay, Vice- President Ruth Dreifuss and Commissioner Gov Richardson have written an Open Letter to the Governor of Alabama Ms Kay Ivey to express ICDP’s serious concerns on the case of Mr. Doyle Lee Hamm who is under sentence of death for over 30 years and who has been diagnosed of suffering from an advanced stage of cranial and lymphatic cancer. His execution is imminent.
