A delegation from the International Commission against the Death Penalty (ICDP), led by Commissioner Tsakhia Elbegdorj, the former President of Mongolia who abolished the death penalty in his country and Executive Director Dr Rajiv Narayan, conducted a mission to Seoul, Republic of Korea (ROK) from 22 to 26 June.
