On the occasion of the World Day against the Death Penalty on 10 October, ICDP is organizing a panel discussion at Casa Arabe, Madrid at 19.30h with the participation of former ICDP President Federico Mayor Zaragoza and former President of Mongolia and current ICDP Commissioner Mr Elbegdorj.
It will coincide also with the release in Spanish, of the ICDP publication “How States abolish the Death Penalty”.
