Commissioner Isabelle Lonvis-Rome took part in the Opening Session of the Conference on the Abolition of the Death Penalty, held in Seoul on Monday 22 June 2026 at the Seoul Global Center, ahead of the 9th World Congress Against the Death Penalty, due to take place in Paris from 30 June to 2 July 2026.
