Next 24 June 2024, the International Commission against the Death Penalty (ICDP) will be celebrating a High-Level Side Event at the side-lines of the 56th UN Human Rights Council to commemorate the 35th Anniversary of the Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, aiming at the abolition of the death penalty.
The event will be held at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
