Commissioner Lochbihler participates in a debate on death penalty abolition at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe

ICDP, represented by Commissioner Barbara Lochbihler, addressed the debate on the report “Towards the Universal Abolition of the Death Penalty in All Circumstances”, a resolution adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on 22 April 2026 in Strasbourg.
