ICDP Commissioner Ioanna Kuçuradi participated in the side event “Combatting Torture and Abolishing the Death Penalty in the OSCE Region: two sides of the same coin?” that took place on 11 of April in Vienna.
The side event was co-sponsored by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Permanent Mission of the Republic of Serbia to the OSCE and other International Organizations Vienna, European Union, Government of Andorra, Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of San Marino. The side event was held during the Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting on Prevention of Torture organized by the Swiss Chairmanship and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
